Judges want you to go to Mediation before you attempt to go to court
In light of the fact that family courts can no longer cope with the overwhelming amount of cases. Judges are being told to get tougher on making sure parents attend mediation before applying to court in relation to child arrangements and finances. There will be a push from Judges to enforce the mediation requirement.
