Rosalind Brown

Rosalind joined Wainwright & Cummins as a trainee on secondment in September 2014, in order to complete a seat in Family Law. 

Rosalind remained at the firm when her secondment came to an end and qualified as a solicitor in April 2015.  In 2021 Rosalind became the Co-Head of the Family Department and is now one of the partners of the firm.  Rosalind is a Specially Accredited member of Resolution and a Young Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Rosalind graduated from Loughborough University in 2004 with a BA degree in politics. She then went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Law from BBP Law School in 2010, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP with distinction in 2012.

Prior to joining the firm Rosalind worked in the construction field and has experience in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, notably Adjudication, Arbitration and Mediation.

Rosalind’s cases cover all aspects of Family Law, but she mainly deals with matters involving divorce and separation, childcare arrangements, financial relief and prenuptial agreements.

Rosalind has effectively assisted many clients and she prides herself on excellent client care and service.
