Pricing List and Costs:
We always recommend to clients that you contact us about the costs of your matter. We are happy to discuss anything you need when instructing us, as all clients will have their individual needs and circumstances. However, the figures below will hopefully assist you in getting a general overview of the costs involved.
If you do decide to instruct us, we will give you a personalised quote for your matter at the outset. We will also regularly update any with any changes to our original quote during your instruction.In some instances we are able to charge a fixed fee for the work undertaken to assist in providing you with certainty of our costs. This will of course depend on the practice area and complexity of your matter.
We will discuss either option with you at the outset and before any work is undertaken

Applicants costs starting from £1250* + VAT (£1500 incl VAT) + disbursements + court fees (£593), for a straightforward divorce case.
Our standard charges for a straightforward Respondent case would start from £650* + VAT (£780 inc VAT) .

Fare Evasion:
Our fare evasion service is costed at £375 standard fee (plus VAT). However if there is addition work you maybe charged an hourly fee. Also we do not offer free consolation for this service, as this is a private matter.
Legal Aid:
We are a legal aid firm and will often offer our clients who are from a low income to see if they are entitled to assistants. Legal aid is for those who need legal assistance but you do not earn enough to pay for a Solicitor. Legal Aid may help meet the costs of legal advice, family mediation and representation in a court or tribunal.
